Casey Noel brings over two decades of experience in real estate, finance, economic development, and government to Launch Schools' Board of Directors, where he serves on the Real Estate Committee.
Casey is currently Vice President at OPEN, where he advises mission-driven organizations on tenant advisory and agency services. Previously, at the Community Preservation Corporation, he partnered with New York State Empire State Development (ESD) and Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) to streamline recovery financing for small rental buildings, nonprofits, and small businesses across New York. Earlier in his career, he analyzed school real estate development funding requests for the Building Equity Initiative at Civic Builders, and redeveloped residential properties in communities of color through a lease-to-own model at Harpia Asset Management.
During five years on the West Coast, Casey managed multifamily transactions from acquisition through leasing and disposition at Lennar Multifamily Communities, and worked in economic development and planning for the City of San Francisco, across both the Mayor's Office of Economic and Workforce Development and the Planning Department. He has also held real estate finance roles at Carrington Capital Management/Carrington Property Services, Capital Management Advisors, and Goldman Sachs International in London.
Casey holds a bachelor's degree in Government from Harvard University and a master's degree in Real Estate Development from New York University.
