Launch High School is a new, tuition-free public charter school in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, offering one of the most innovative and impactful high school experiences in NYC.

Meet our principal, Tom Ng
“My name is Tom Ng and I am the Founding Principal for Launch High School, a school that I believe has the potential to have the personalized touch of a small community school, with all the "big city" learning opportunities NYC has to offer. I have been an educator for 15 years as a Principal, Vice-Principal, Academic Dean, Dean of College and Career, and Teacher at various High schools in Brooklyn. I have worked to ensure we create spaces that celebrate students’ identities AND push them outside their comfort zone by ensuring learning is accessible, rigorous and individualized. I am excited to work with our founding students, families and staff to make this vision come to life in service of our community and our children's future.”
